Death by Paxil @ Euchred!

I was speaking with a new friend today, over the telephone. We exchanged ideas and clearly have the same passion. My new friend is doing wonders in his part of the world but I feel Canada is lagging behind. Our doctors are still prescribing Paxil (seroxat) to children even though it is no longer licensed for children. This is deeply concerning. Clearly they are either idiots or completely unaware of what they are subjecting these innocent children to or they have been bribed which would not be a shocker considering GSK’s tainted history of doing so. Paxil has never been licensed in children… doctors can however prescribe it ‘off label’

I have spent the day racking my brain wondering how we can solve this problem. How do I connect with them and leave an impact without enduring great expense? And then it came to me. I have decided to write a letter and deliver it to each and every doctor, clinic and hospital in Canada. This will take some time but frustration and anger always fuels the adrenalin that clearly motivates me. I want to include the CMHA (Canadian Mental Health Association) Universities and other organizations that impact our health care here in Canada. Of course our Health Care Minister is going to get an ear full too!!

So, with this in mind I am asking for your support and anything or any information you feel should be included. I want it to be as informative as possible but also short and to the point.

I am asking for your suggestions on how to proceed. I am anxious to get going and have found quite a bit of factual data that I can include. I would like to include personal stories as well just as an example and of course will honor your request at privacy. If you would like to include the link to your site as a reference than of course I would love to include that as well. Your input is extremely valuable and there are a lot of children out there, now and in the future that need your help and mine. There are also children that have not survived Paxil (Seroxat) either by initiation or withdrawal or both. Let’s do this for them. All of them!

I am aware that adults deserve the same attention but I feel this is a good first step. Paxil is not licensed for children and this battle will simply prepare me for the next.

Additionally, I would like to thank Robert Fiddaman for his guidance and all the others that have given me so much information and encouragement. I would also like to thank Dr. David Healy. Although I don’t know him personally I certainly am familiar with his efforts on behalf of public interest. He certainly is quite the speaker and very interesting to say the least. I understand that Dr. David Healy went through quite a bit of profession turmoil on behalf of truth. We owe him a great deal. Not a lot of peple would be willing to put their career on the line the way he has. Well, now Dr. Healy has been proven right in my opinion and in a growing number of the population all over the world. I think its important for us to mention this. I spend so much time being angry at the buggers that did this in the first place that I forget about the ones that were fighting long before I arrived on the scene.

Lets face it, without the acknowledgement of experts like Dr. David Healy and all the others that have been unwilling to go with the flow simply because its easier or too difficult to do otherwise or else are easily swayed by pharma, we would be fucked!
